SUBSTITUTE CLASSROOM ASSISTANTS
Philomath Montessori School is seeking a warm, creative, reliable assistant as substitutes in our classroom. The school serves 25 students from ages 2 ½ – 6 in a thoughtfully prepared, child-centered environment.
This position is ideal for someone who values respectful communication, child development, and working as part of a cohesive teaching team. Substitutes must meet the following requirements:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Current Central Background Registry – prior to employment
- Orientation with Director
- Current Infant/Child First Aid and CPR
- Early Learning Division Training Requirements:
- Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse and Neglect training
- Introduction to Child Care Health & Safety training
