COME AND JOIN OUR TEAM!

Philomath Montessori School is a non-profit, independent school that places high value on individuals who are energetic, optimistic, talented, and want to make a difference. We look for people who are dedicated to the ideals of authentic Montessori education. We strongly believe that great teachers are our best asset.

Our teachers enjoy a beautiful well equipped classroom, support for continuing education, and competitive salaries and benefits including health insurance. Established in 1984, we offer a beautiful established schoolyard with gardens, fruit trees, and native plant areas, centrally located in the small town of Philomath, Oregon.

Philomath is a growing Pacific Northwest small town right outside of Corvallis, home of Oregon State University. The coast is less than 50 miles away, as is the city of Eugene and the Cascade Mountains. All of these offer ample opportunity for cultural and environmental exploration.

Philomath Montessori School is an equal opportunity employer.
